Our Programs
TOC Programs support students' whole selves by enhancing well-being in body, mind, and spirit. We focus on the factors that impact students' ability to thrive in their college/university setting, and in their future lives.

Some of the most important topics on our radar right now are:

-
Many students have insecure access to adequate food and other basic necessities. While people don't always associate such needs with students at competitive and residential schools, the high cost of higher education means that many students are sacrificing their basic needs in order to work toward a better future.

-
College may seem to come with a built-in group of friends, supportive peers, and adults dedicated to student development. The reality is that it is very easy to feel alone, no matter how many people are physically around you. This is especially true in competitive environments where students often feel inadequate or insecure about how they measure up - imposter syndrome is common, and isolating.

-
Stress and distress have a cumulative impact. The need for stress reduction tools, along with resources providing a sense of identity, meaning, and purpose apart from one's grades, is crucial to maintaining student well-being on campus.
